In this 6-session workshop, Jon Eaton and Pamela Blodgett will facilitate and co-teach this in-depth exploration into dysfunctional family systems.

The goal of this offering is to provide education to adults who grew up in an unstable and emotionally unhealthy environment and to start the process of healing.  You will learn how to establish healthy boundaries, strengthen self-awareness, and skills needed to build healthier patterns in relationships with yourself and others.

To receive the full benefit of the content and the advantage of group dynamics, we encourage you to attend all 6 sessions. The course will conclude with a reunion session where attendees can meet socially and share experiences without the rigor of learning material.

Meet Jon

My name is Jon Eaton, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 20 years of experience working with individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, community programs, and schools, by providing both individual and group support.  I currently work as an elementary school counselor where I help students develop skills and strategies so they are successful both in and outside of the classroom. I believe that healing and growth happen best in a supportive community where people feel heard, understood, and accepted.
