What to know:

Led by one of Brain Training of New England’s clinicians, Kate Manuell, this 75-minute workshop introduces the science of stress resilience and teaches practical tools to help regulate the nervous system in everyday life. Participants will learn how stress affects the body, how Heart Rate Variability (HRV) relates to resilience and recovery, and how simple breathing and regulation practices can shift the nervous system out of a chronic stress state.

The session includes a short overview of the physiology of stress, a guided practice of two evidence-based regulation techniques, and practical strategies participants can use to build more resilience in their daily routines.

The goal is to help participants better understand their nervous system and leave with tools they can immediately apply.
