Wellness & Self-Care at the Brain Barn

November 21 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Every 3rd Friday, join us for meditation, breath work, gentle movement and other mindfulness practices to support your healthy mind and body. We have here onsite a chi mat, walking paths and gardens for quiet contemplation.

  • Bring your own meal (coffee, tea, and water available)
